DOUBLE LAYER SHEETS

Double layer sheets consist of two materials: one rigid and one soft. The rigid layer allows for the standard glueingwhile the soft tread in TPU
guarantees comfort and a higher grip. The treads are available in different versions: smooth or with a spheric pattern.

Easy to glue

Materials like rubber and leather can be glued easily using traditional methods.

High-tech materials

The surface is in modified TPU whose technical and aesthetic characteristics guarantee optimal performance without sacrificing ease of milling and finishing.

Light and soft

The physical characteristics of the special material are not affected by either high or low temperatures, unlike what happens with vulcanized rubber. This guarantees the softness is the same in every season. The special mix used in Casali’s production is about 15% lighter than normal TPU.

Double layer sheet in a real leather layer and tread in soft TPU with spheric pattern. The leather layer facilitates glueing with traditional methods while the TPU layer guarantees an optimal resistance to abrasion. Non-slip and silent.

BALLERINA RUBBER SHEETS

Double layer sheet in a rigid rubber layer and tread in soft TPU. The Ballerina design is a classic proposal from the Casali offer and further improves performances. The rubber layer facilitates glueing with traditional methods while the TPU layer guarantees an optimal resistance to abrasion. Non-slip and silent.

SMOOTH RUBBER SHEETS

SINGLE LAYER SHEETS

Single layer sheets are produced in soft TPU. The material chosen guarantees comfort, excellent levels of abrasion resistance and grip.
Sheets are available in different thicknesses and are already roughened, ready to use.

STANDARD SHEETS

Single layer sheet in soft TPU. Already roughened, perfect for repairing dowel lifts of considerable sizes. The TPU guarantees an excellent resistance to abrasion. Non-slip and silent.
